Most first-time clients want to know what the process actually looks like before they commit. Here's the real sequence.
- Within a few hours: you hear back from Nick directly — not an account manager, not a chatbot, not a form reply.
- Day 1–2: free homepage rebuild delivered with a Loom walkthrough. You see exactly how the new site performs vs. your current one — PageSpeed scores, load times, layout shift.
- Day 3–5: if you want to move forward, you get a written project plan, timeline, and fixed quote. No hourly billing, no surprises, no vague "it depends."
- Weeks 1–3: the actual build. Usually one to three weeks depending on how many pages. You see progress daily.
- Launch day: site goes live with Core Web Vitals in the green, full schema markup, and a post-launch support window.

Based in Moscow, PA — 20 minutes from downtown Scranton and a short drive to every major NEPA market. In-person meetings are available across Lackawanna, Luzerne, Lehigh, Northampton, and Monroe counties. Remote-only builds are available nationwide.

Frequently asked before the first call
Do you do free consultations?
Yes. The first 30-minute call is free, and so is the homepage rebuild afterward. You don't commit to anything until you've seen real output.
Do you only work with local NEPA clients?
No. Most work is local because that's where the relationships are, but remote clients across the US and Canada are welcome. Everything from discovery to launch works over email, Loom, and scheduled calls.
What if I already have a website?
That's the most common case. We'll audit your existing site (Core Web Vitals, SEO gaps, content issues), show you what's broken, and quote a rebuild that fixes it. Sometimes the answer is "patch the existing site" — we'll tell you that if it's true.
What if my budget is under $1,500?
Honest answer: a hand-coded site from scratch doesn't work below that. But we can point you to what does — a well-configured Squarespace or Wix template can run under $50/month and might be the right fit while your business ramps. We'd rather tell you that than sell you something too small.
How fast can you start?
Normally within one week of signing. If you have a tight launch date (event, grand opening, product release), say so — tight timelines are possible with a rate adjustment.
